So another child loses its life in yet another dog attack! When will some people learn that certain dogs should never be allowed close to kids? Having said that, NO dog should ever be left alone with a child. It appears the latest tragedy is the familiar story of some granny being left baby-sitting and allowing the dog access to the child. Things won't change until people who neglect kids in this way are charged and dealt with by the courts. Sound harsh? I don't give a fuck if I offend dog owners, I am one myself. Dick heads who allow dogs open access to kids, as has been proven in previous cases, might as well have let the toddlers play with a loaded gun. They would have rightly been prosecuted for that, wouldn’t they?

My opinion, dogs are animals and should be treated like dogs, like animals, outside with all they need for their existence, warm bed, shelter, food, exercise, care - and last, to know that they are no doubt - the DOG of the family - the bottom of the pack, the lowest on the poll, and everyone human that dwells within the household is above them - especially the children and thus, untouchable! PERIOD!

They should not be anthropomorphized - definition: To ascribe human characteristics to; To ascribe human characteristics to things not human.

Doing this confuses them, gives them license to compete with children and others in the household who might make them feel as if their position and place is being challenged, threatened. How do they stake their claim? Piss on it, or attack! Why? They're dogs, animals, that's fucking why!
